Blakenhall Gardens is defined by the red boundary on the site plan, which is approximately 3.55 hectares (8.77 acres). The site is predominantly freehold except for a number of third-party interests, which the Council are seeking to acquire. Stage 2 short-listed parties will need to provide a strategy detailing their proposals for the existing on-site retailers. The hatched area on the site plan may subsequently become available. The area defined by the dotted line is available subject to confirmation of the new school boundary.
